I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your excellent customer service, and it will come as no surprise that I'm particularly grateful to Elizabeth. I recently had a problem with a hotel cancellation due to COVID, and Elizabeth helped me resolve the issue despite several obstacles. But, like me, Elizabeth was tenacious. Ticket closed! I was very impressed with her professionalism and patience. She took the time to understand my circumstances and find a solution that worked for both of us.
